No substitutions without notice
If any component of your package needs to change after booking — such as a hotel substitution due to availability — we contact you directly before making any change. You are never moved to a different hotel without your knowledge and agreement.
Proximity to the Haram as a non-negotiable
We will not put pilgrims in hotels that require a shuttle or vehicle to reach Masjid al-Haram or Masjid an-Nabawi for daily prayers. Every hotel in every package we offer is within walking distance of both Harams. This is not negotiable regardless of price tier.
