We offer five tiers: Economy ($1,799 · 8 nights · 4-star hotels), Standard ($1,999 · 8 nights · 5-star hotels), Premium ($2,199 · 9 nights · 5-star hotels), Luxury ($2,399 · 9 nights · Swissôtel Makkah) and Ultimate ($2,599 · 10 nights · Swissôtel Makkah). Final pricing depends on your departure city, travel dates and airline. West Coast departures (LA, SF, Seattle) are typically $100–$200 more per person than East Coast departures due to longer flight distance.

Every package includes: round-trip economy airfare from your US departure city, full Umrah visa processing, hotel accommodation in Makkah within walking distance of Masjid al-Haram, hotel accommodation in Madinah within walking distance of Masjid an-Nabawi, airport transfers on arrival and departure, private Makkah–Madinah intercity transfer, guided Ziyarat in both cities, a professional Umrah guide throughout your stay, daily breakfast at both hotels and 24/7 Saudi ground support.

Items not included: personal spending money, additional meals beyond daily breakfast, personal taxi rides or Uber/Careem during free time, optional excursions outside the guided Ziyarat programme, travel insurance (strongly recommended), meningitis vaccination cost (~$150–$200 at a US pharmacy), and any hotel room upgrades requested after booking. We are transparent about what is in the price — there are no hidden charges added after booking.

Yes. Airfare from your specific US city is the main variable. East Coast departures (New York, Newark, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Boston, Detroit, Chicago) typically have the lowest prices, starting from $1,799. Midwest and Southern cities (Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Minneapolis, Orlando) typically start from $1,849. West Coast cities (Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle) typically start from $1,899–$1,949 due to longer routing.

Rarely. Umrah routes from the USA have limited airline capacity and hotels near the Haram book up quickly — especially Swissôtel Makkah which is the closest hotel to the Kaaba. Last-minute availability tends to be scarce and more expensive. For Ramadan travel, we recommend booking 5–6 months ahead. For other travel periods, 3–4 months ahead gives the best combination of price and availability.

We book all major airlines serving Umrah routes from the USA. The most commonly used are: Saudia (Saudi Arabian Airlines) — direct from New York JFK, Newark, Washington Dulles and Los Angeles; Turkish Airlines — connecting via Istanbul from most US cities; Emirates — via Dubai from New York, Houston, Dallas, Los Angeles and San Francisco; Qatar Airways — via Doha from New York, Houston, Chicago and Dallas; and Royal Jordanian — via Amman from New York, Chicago and Detroit. The best airline for your trip depends on your departure city and travel dates.

No. There are no direct flights from any US city to Makkah itself. You fly to Jeddah (King Abdulaziz International Airport, JED) or Madinah (Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz Airport, MED) and transfer to Makkah by ground. Saudia offers the closest thing to a direct route — non-stop from New York JFK and Newark to Jeddah in approximately 12–13 hours. All other airlines connect through a hub city.

Total travel time from the US East Coast is typically 13–17 hours including connections. From New York or Newark on Saudia direct, the flight to Jeddah takes approximately 12–13 hours. With one connection via Istanbul, Dubai or Doha, East Coast total travel time is 14–17 hours. From the West Coast (LA, SF, Seattle), total travel time is 18–22 hours including connections.

All package prices are based on economy class airfare. Business class upgrades can be arranged on request for some airlines and routes — contact us with your preferred airline and departure city and we will check availability and pricing. Business class upgrades are popular for the Luxury and Ultimate packages where pilgrims want maximum comfort on the long-haul flight.

Yes. Every package includes Umrah visa processing at no additional charge. There is no separate visa fee billed to you at any stage. The price you see when booking is the total price.

No. Umrah visas must be issued through a licensed tour operator — they cannot be applied for independently at a Saudi consulate or embassy. This is a Saudi government requirement to ensure all pilgrims have confirmed flights and accommodation before entering the country.

You need to provide three things: (1) a clear copy of your passport photo page — must show at least 6 months of validity beyond your return date; (2) a passport-style photograph with white background, full face visible, taken within 6 months; (3) your meningitis vaccination certificate (ACYW-135). That is all. We handle the rest, including your flight and hotel confirmations which are part of our package application.

Yes. US permanent residents (green card holders) are fully eligible for an Umrah visa. You apply using your national passport (not a US passport) together with your valid US green card. Both documents must be currently valid. Requirements can vary slightly by country of origin — contact us to confirm the exact documents needed for your specific nationality and residence status.

Yes. Saudi Arabia now permits women of all ages to perform Umrah without a male guardian (mahram), provided they travel with a licensed group tour operator. All Umrah Package USA packages satisfy this requirement — you do not need a mahram when you travel with us as part of our licensed group.

In Makkah: VOCO Makkah (4-star, ~400m from Haram) for Economy; Anjum Hotel Makkah (5-star, ~350m from Haram) for Standard and Premium; Swissôtel Makkah (5-star, ~150m from Haram) for Luxury and Ultimate. In Madinah: Saja by Warwick (4-star, ~450m from Nabawi) for Economy; Anwar Al Madinah Mövenpick (5-star, ~250m from Nabawi) for Standard through Ultimate. All hotels are within walking distance of their respective Haram.

Our closest Makkah hotel is Swissôtel Makkah at approximately 150 metres from Masjid al-Haram — a 2-minute walk. Anjum Hotel is approximately 350 metres (4 minutes) and VOCO Makkah approximately 400 metres (5 minutes). In Madinah, Anwar Al Madinah Mövenpick is approximately 250 metres from Masjid an-Nabawi and Saja by Warwick approximately 450 metres. All hotels are walkable — no shuttle needed for daily prayers.

Yes. Family rooms and triple-occupancy rooms are available at Anjum Hotel Makkah, Anwar Al Madinah Mövenpick and Swissôtel Makkah (subject to availability). If you are travelling with children or need a larger room configuration, mention it when you contact us and we will include your requirements in the booking. Triple occupancy reduces the per-person cost compared to double occupancy.

Yes. Daily breakfast is included at both Makkah and Madinah hotels in every package. Lunch and dinner are not included — most pilgrims eat at the extensive range of restaurants surrounding both Harams, which offer everything from Saudi local food to international halal options at a wide range of price points.

Once you confirm your package choice, we take your booking details and start the visa and ticketing process. The whole booking can be completed by WhatsApp without any need to visit an office.

For Ramadan travel, we recommend booking 5–6 months in advance. Airlines on Umrah routes fill up quickly and hotels near the Haram — especially Swissôtel Makkah — are often fully committed months ahead of Ramadan. For December school break travel, 3–4 months ahead is recommended. For off-peak spring and autumn travel, 4–8 weeks is usually sufficient, though earlier always gives more choice of airline routing and hotel tier.

Yes. Every package can be adjusted for your group's needs — hotel tier, number of nights in Makkah versus Madinah, departure city, specific travel dates, airline preference and room type. Cancellation and change terms depend on the specific airline fare rules and hotel cancellation policies for your booking. Airline tickets are generally subject to the carrier's own rules, which vary by fare class. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover changes, cancellations and medical events.
