A group Umrah package starts with a shared travel window and an agreed style of stay. Tell us how many people expect to travel, which families need rooms together and whether everyone will arrive in Saudi Arabia on the same day. A coordinated land itinerary can then be discussed without assuming that every traveler needs identical services.
What should a group quote confirm?
Ask for the rooming list, the hotel-night split and the price basis for each room type. Check minimum participation, deposits, cancellation deadlines and what happens if someone withdraws. If you need an accompanying guide, scheduled Ziyarat or group transport, request those services explicitly and obtain confirmation before describing them as included.
Traveling with a mosque or community group
Nominate a group contact to collect general preferences, not sensitive passport data through the public form. Families may have different room and mobility needs. Confirm whether arrival pickups and intercity transfers will be shared or private, and ask how the schedule works when one traveler’s arrival is delayed.
A departure is confirmed only in writing

How many people are needed for a group quote?
Send the expected party size and rooming preferences. No fixed minimum is advertised; ask whether the proposed supplier terms depend on numbers.
Can a mosque group request July–December 2027 Umrah?
Yes. Give the group’s 2027 window, approximate numbers and flexibility. Available rooms and any group conditions need a live check.
Who should coordinate the group’s rooming list?
Nominate a contact to collect general room preferences and arrival plans. Sensitive passport information should use an agreed secure process later.
Can families in the group have different room types?
Ask for each household’s occupancy and bedding needs to be priced separately. A shared itinerary does not require identical room arrangements.
Is a group leader or scholar automatically provided?

What if a member withdraws from the group?
